Do you remember a couple of weeks ago I sent out an email titled “What are you tolerating?”. This post is to highlight what’s holding you back from being your best.
Well it has had a tremendous response from you all. Some awesome results are coming through already! So for those of you who felt something, thought about it, but are still tolerating, I just wanted to help bring something to the surface.
How are you feeling lately? Are you getting enough sleep? Are you eating the foods that agree with your tummy? Or are you still getting bloated every day?
How do you WANT to feel? Maybe a bit more energised, maybe you really do want that flat tummy again! Maybe you need a refresher on what foods are best to eat.
BUT….
There’s something holding you back. The kids. The work. The money. The cbf’s. Lacking motivation is a real struggle! (It’s happened to me too many times to count!).
My next question for you is… What’s likely to happen if you continue to tolerate what’s going on?

So I wanted to invite you to shine a light on all those things you’ve been tolerating. There’s no right or wrong here, just awareness. And I further invite you to consider where you’d rather be with your health and your life so it is more enjoyable.
